I had a really nice show at the Blue Note in Napa last night. Here are a few pictures. Great place to perform.

Playing with Tony Saunders. His tune Highway 5 is number #14 on billboard. Here we are playing it live. He is playing melody bass (way up high) and I’m on the NS/Stickbass covering chords and bass. Fun combo.

And here I am backing Rob on guitar and vocals…. reading the chart. Excellent evening. Behind my legs you can see my computer. I call it the “MacRack”. It is a mac mini that I run my NS/Stick through to gain access to effect pedals and synth sounds. Wonderful set up. No pedal board to carry around or keyboards. I don’t even use an amp. I go direct to the board using amp emulation plug ins. Easy on my back to carry to gigs and wonderful on the ears. It sounds MASSIVE.
